Online guided meditation
Join me for a free online guided meditation this Sat 29 November at 4:30pm AEDT (Sydney time; please check your local time zone) for balancing your nervous system and connecting with your Self in mind, body, essence. This will be a half hour session hosted on zoom with reflective prompts after meditation, or your welcome to sit and create time and space for your body and mind to alchemise the experience.
