Drawing on her multidisciplinary practices of counselling, somatic therapy, meditation, trauma-informed yoga, and lived experience, your session may include some breathwork, meditation, and the soothing sound and vibration of a singing bowl (sound bowl available for evening and weekend sessions only).

Before your treatment:
Drink water to hydrate for the session.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals at least 90 minutes before your session.
Wear loose shorts or underwear to the treatment, and loose, comfortable clothing to allow the lymph to flow through after your treatment.
After your treatment:
Continue hydrating as water helps flush out toxins released during the massage.
A warm bath may help soothe the body and promote relaxation.
Allow time for your body and mind to rest, recover, and process the treatment.
Gentle movement can help further stimulate lymphatic flow.
