I am guided by my values of growth, courage, freedom, adventure, compassion, diversity, humanity, and nature. I am motivated by vitality and joyful moments. I delight in everyday adventures, leaning into my fears to become ‘unstuck’ through both movement and stillness.

The words that come after the statement ‘I am’ are some of the most significant identity-defining concepts of our self-perception.

I used to answer this question with a list of things; things I do – my work, interests, skills. But these are all external ‘doing’ things, not internal ‘being’ things.

Who I am are the qualities and values that create the essence of who I am in the moment, and when I’m alone, in stillness.

I work with people to explore sense of Self and identity. How do we come to understand who we are, how we function, how we feel, how we make decisions and what it means and feels like to be me?

I work with people to make sense and meaning of life's experiences so we can understand why we are the way we are today, and what we want to do with that information in decision making and ways of being. This includes really getting to know how we process our stuff and leaning into what it feels like to be us in every feeling - the yummy, the icky, the sticky, the wobbly light and shade.

I also work somatically - looking at how the body stores stress and trauma, and body memories - so we can work on bringing mind and body mind together. Often, the internal conflict we feel comes from heart and head not agreeing/aligning, or when we exist predominantly in the thinking or the feeling rather than operating from both equally.

I help people with communication and relationships at every level in both professional and personal contexts.

As a trained counsellor, I help people have more honest conversations with themselves and those around them. This helps nurture healthy relationships through improved communication. I work privately with clients as a counsellor and personal consultant, and I am also a counsellor working with social enterprise Rough Patch in Sydney, designed to provide affordable counselling for all.

I offer more directive support as a Therapeutic Guide that is different to counselling, which is non-directive.

As a certified meditation teacher I help people learn how to meditate so they can release stress and fatigue from their body, mind, and soul. I also run guided meditations (individual, group, corporate) to help people create space to go inward and connect with their deeper sense of self.

As a yoga teacher I’m able to work with connecting movement with breath to help guide people through developing their relationship with their body in a safe and accessible way.

As a communications consultant, I have a background in PR with specialist skills in stakeholder engagement, and social media for brand and reputation management. I do all the things these roles and responsibilities require – from storytelling, messaging, content and copywriting, to community and stakeholder engagement, and issues management.

I believe everyone has the ability to make change with appropriate support and care through the healing process.

I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts, actions, and how you experience the world. This allows for an expansion of self-awareness that leads to feelings of acceptance, peace and contentment.
