COMING SOON!

I'm excited to announce that I’ve secured a new lease for a bigger therapy space in Redfern! Sessions will begin there from 1 August 2026. The official address is: Level 3, suite 2A, 44-54 Botany Rd, Alexandria, NSW 2015. A bigger space also means I'll be launching a new program of activities open for all to join including workshops, seminars, and events scheduled around therapy sessions to support well-being in different ways.

Over the past few month I’ve been working on the fit-out knocking down a wall, new flooring, paint, electrical, getting acquainted with the sometimes-temperamental lift, and starting to get a feel for the space. There is still a bit to do and I’ll be moving in on 30-31 July to be operational on 1 August, although there will likely be more things to do to complete the set-up as I grow into the space.

I am in the process of developing a program of in-person meditations, yin and restorative yoga sessions, restorative offline time to read or journal or sit and have a cuppa while pondering life, and other well-being workshops. This will be something I build over time and will keep you informed of the progress and when the first sessions go live. I'd also like to have some or all of these available as a hybrid option to join online too for more accessibility and will figure out the tech needs once I'm in the space.

Some of these sessions will be 'pay or trade what you can'. This means you can pay whatever is manageable for you, or you can trade a skill or craft or perhaps an item, but I need to refine how this will work, so please bear with me while I figure this out.

This space will evolve over the coming years as I lean with courage into the fear (the excited not horror kind!) that comes with this big leap and investment to try some new things. As always, I welcome ideas and feedback through this process and adventure of growth.

There is much more to share with you including the final logo and branding, vision, philosophies, ideas and hopes for this new space. My dream has been to cultivate a place in my local community for people to connect, to practice rest, to practice solitude, to unfurl and unwind in ways that makes space for meeting new aspects of Self. This will be a space to experiment with new ways of Being, to ponder and philosophise together.

With deep gratitude and an open-heart, Kimberley
