Join me for an online group meditation for adopted people only on Tuesday, 6 May, 8 pm AEST (Sydney time) via zoom. This is a time to sit together and create space to reflect, to sit and Be with Self whilst experiencing a collective shared moment together.
Sometimes it can feel uncomfortable to sit in stillness, so you may like to approach this as practising slowing down, which is helpful for balancing the nervous system.
You’re also welcome to bring a journal if you’d prefer to use the meditation for guided reflective prompts.
It would be great if you can have your camera on at the start, and/or make sure your first name on zoom is visible so I can manage safety and privacy of the group. Please email me if you have concerns about this, or need to use a different name so I know who has joined.
All intercountry and local adoptees are welcome from wherever you are in the world. No previous meditation experience necessary.
